The prosecutor testified that during the infamous interview, Mr. Alony appeared to be answering to his boss while he was talking to Ben laden. How on earth did the prosecutor infer that preposterous sheer speculation ? Only facts are supposed to be introduced as evidence for the jury to consider & not risible speculations. I thought that was a powerful observation made by Lamis, and consequently may prove to be exculpating during the appellate process.
