This comes in the midst of news that the UN has cut food supplies in half as well as the news of a possible peace deal being signed today. Up here in Toronto one of the planned rallies was under the title of “Scream for Darfur” where people came together in front of Queenâ??s Park in downtown Toronto; the historic site that is home to The Ontario Legislature and Canadian freedom of speech.
