How ironic it is about the detention thing. If past reports say almost 2 thirds of people in Jordanian prisons haven&#039;t been charged with a crime then really is it gonna be that different when this law gets passed. It&#039;s not like authorities in Jordan today try to detain a suspected terrorist and then they think &quot;oh, but wait, we can&#039;t the law doesn&#039;t tell us we can do this&quot;. Sigh!</description>
