Hollywood Emails Me
A few days ago I posted about an ad a couple of naive Hollywood stars and starlets had taken out in the LA Times condemning Hamas and Hizballah while going out of their way to not to make a mention of Israel. I admit, being a movie buff, I had paused for a moment to [...]
Global Voices: One week after the Israeli army brutally attacked a weekly non-violent legal demonstration against the wall in the village of Bilâ??in, August 18th saw yet another black and blue protest. The Saudi son of the man said his father [...]
Iraqi Violence In Numbers
While the numbers are still fuzzy and controversial, BBC News has an interesting breakdown of the violence in Iraq that’s worth a read.
