Walls

23Apr07

The Soviets built the Berlin wall to try and keep East Berliners from leaving.
Then the Israeli’s built the Seperation wall, to keep suicide bombers out while making a land grab.
Then the American’s started building walls to surround Sunni communities in Baghdad.

What’s with the world and walls? I thought the metaphor was “building bridges” not walls? What’s with turning people in to caged animals? What’s with turning villages, towns and neighborhoods into poverty stricken ghettos with no external access and then pretending to be surprised that they hate you even more now? Being shocked to discover that if they didn’t think about killing you before, they sure are thinking about it right now.

And don’t even get me started on the Chinese and their Great Wall.

I need to listen to some Floyd.

I’m not sure the American army would have ever thought of that! It’s clearly they sought the help of their “allies” on how to deal with “Ayrabs”…..beautiful minds at work

The sad irony is that the white car says (in part) in Hebrew “Toy Good.”
