But whatever you do, don't even dare to try to freelance: People here have no respect whatsoever to paying on time, and everything seems to stretch for a generous amount of time. Not to mention the endless false promises and the constant need to watch your back in fear of malicious gossip. God, it's a strain just talking about it! But I always think of it on the bright side: All the things that happen to me here could eventually build up to become the perfect storyline for a novel. In fact, "Is it Just me or is Everything Shit?" would've been just about the perfect title. But unfortunately, it's taken. Bullocks! Yeah well, join the corporate slavery club!
