		<description>Based on my understanding ...candidates can have their campaign representitives by sanadeeq el iqtira3 and during el farz. documentation and authorization for these "observers" are issued in advance. SO the poeple will be observing the vote casting and the ballot counting. When i was told this i was like" What?? is this for real ??"</description>
