		<description>I don't know, but I am pretty sure I heard it some where. It is not like it will not be more effecient than traditional cars, but it will be more effecient in flat areas.. Maybe an engineer can help explain this..</description>

		<description>I remember we used to have solar water heater panels in the old building we used to live in. I think many people used to have them. I'm not sure why they're no longer used. I haven't seen a building with such panels in a long time, but maybe even back then they weren't very common.

What about custom taxes on hybrid vehicles?</description>
