Happy Easter Jordan!
27Apr08
To all Jordanian Christians, a happy Easter to you! The great thing about Easter this year, is that Safeway is selling those delicious Cadbury yolk eggs that you can usually only get in North America. But with a price tag of 1 dinar each, I think I’ll have to wait till Ramadan!

Thank you, Nas! We’re not doing Cadbury yolk eggs for Easter, either.
Oh, 1 JD each wtf!
wasnt it easter like a month ago or something .. i remember cuz i posted a photo of bush hugging the easter bunny on my blog o_0
mo: yes, this is technically the orthodox easter. Jordanian Christians agreed a long time ago to celebrate in a unified manner: Christmas on the 25th and Easter in April, as a compromise between all denominations (if i’m not mistaken)
thank you Naseem
Thank you
I saw them for 1.75JD, making them FIVE TIMES what they cost in the US (usually about 50 cents, or 35 qirsh). I usually stock up big time on them, but this year I’ll be stopping by England for a bit and stocking up there, where they’re available year round! Maybe I should bring them back and sell them…
