I guess this invalidates the bill or they would have used a Franklin ($100). Did you notice the artist crossed out the signature of the secretary of the treasury, and signed their name instead (Joe D)!
Hani - as far as I know, these bills are still legal tender.
The artist states he’s a poor college student, so it’s unlikely he’s had a 100 dollar bill on hand to, ah, re-face.
